Leslee Bender from The Pilates Coach shows how to train two clients simultaneously on the Allegro Tower. While one client uses the Reformer, the other performs similar exercises on the Tower. For example, one client performs leg circles or Frog on the Reformer, while the second lies supine behind the Tower and executes the same exercises with leg springs. Fifteen sets of dual exercises (a total of 30), plus variations. Leslee also demonstrates 5 advanced exercises combining Tower springs with a moving Reformer carriage.
