Two great Beginner/Intermediate workouts for the Stretch-eze Band. Dyenamic Core (26 min) increases core strength by integrating counter-tension from the Band with simulated Reformer exercises. Dyenamic Stretch (16 min) maximizes a stretch using the inside of the band. Increase flexibility while supporting your joints. Props used: mat, 8-10 in. ball, and Stretch-eze Band. Sold separately. Choose band for your height; nylon/lycra/spandex blend.
