Two 30-minute sculpting and strengthening workouts. Workout #1 requires no equipment, but you can add optional dumbbells for some of the exercises. It starts with some challenging core work then moves into some great floorwork for the legs. You'll also work your back, shoulders, and rotator cuffs, all while lying down.
